OMG! Its turn to summer again. I don't like summer because of the weather is really really really HOT! I stay at dorm in the room without any air-conditioner. I use fan instead because I have no air-conditioner. I drink lots of water and cover my body with baby powder. It can help you to feel better.

I really hate this but I have to be patient.
As you said, we have one class in every thursday that we have to stay in a room for 3 hours without either fan or air/conditioner.
If the weather is good like in the winter, I'm able to stay there.
But if the weather is quite bad especially in this time that it's very hot, I can't bear to calm down in that room.
It makes me feel annoyed and disappointed and sometimes I can't pay attetion to my learning as well.

I hate this season.
Staying in the hot room without any air conditioner is the bad dream for me.
The way to make me feel better is just move my body as lease as possible.
It helps just little.

It doesn't matter because my room is not hot in summer and I do not know why!
Is it good, right? I can only turn on the fan in level 1. That's fine.

- Buy some ice to make your cool drinks.
- Open the fan.
- Wear less cloths.

I live in a dormitory at old campus.
My room is on the first floor, so it's not hot in summer.
The way to reduce the hot temperature is drinking lots of water
and try not to move and do anything. 55555

Personally, i think the air-conditioner is created to help us live comfortably
following the changing world.
But don't worry if you in the hot room without any air-conditioner because we die hardly.
This weather is not too hot that cannot make us die.
How to deal with it?
I think make your mind be cold first then your body will be cold.
And have you ever heard about some animals can live long during the winter without food?
That is the point, these animals don't eat anything and don't move.
So you have to sit still, don't speak, don't think and maybe sleep.
That means you don't use your energy that save your life to live longer.
I hope my ways can help you.

I will suggest the easy ways to help you to keep cool.
- Wear loose-fitting clothing
- stay in bathroom
- drink a lot of water
- turn on the fan
- move just when really need

My room isn't too hot in this season.
When I am hot, I often drink iced green tea.
Also I will spend a lot of time to take a bath at least 3 times per day.

It's difficult to be happy in any hottest room especially in summer season. I think just concentrate in what are you doing at that time can make everything better. Don't worry about the weather because we have been living in this hot country for long time. We have to accustom. Very Happy

Plants and air purifier might help freshen the room a bit.

Usually the heat always get stuck in the roof more than anywhere in the room so probably the ceiling fan is catching those heat and spread around the room which causes more heat instead. Make sure you leave the window open as much especially at night which is cooler.

It's easy for me to stay in the room that doesn't have air-conditioner.
Usually, I hardly to turn on air-conditioner or fan.
I am the person who doesn't love the cold weather.
However, I often turn on the fan in very very hot weather.
Therefore, it doesn't make me crazy in hot weather.
It's normal for me.

It's not too hot in my room.
So, I always turn on ceiling fan instead of air conditioner.
Actually, I want to turn on the air conditioner but I don't wanna pay expensive bill.

If I am in the hot place, I will move as less as I can.
It is the way to use less energy so I will get hotter.

Turn on your fan, and make it direct to you.
It's the only way you can do it even though it can't make you feel better.
