How to deal with hot weather?

In my dormitory, there is no air conditioner.
It is extremely hot, so everyday, I go to the convenient store to buy some ice.
I have to drink cool water so that I feel better.
Another way to deal with hot weather for me is to go to the department store.
It can help because there are many of air conditioners.

I have the same problem as you have. I have no air conditioner in
my room so that I use a fan to make me cooler. Next, keeping myself
to be calm and not thinking of the weather too much. Then think about
how cold of the latest winter was, this makes me cooler hehe

Then, I will sleep on the floor because my dorm's floor is so cool.
In another way, finding a place which has the air conditioner and
stay in there. These can make me survive in this hot weather well.
