I often eat about 100-300 calories of a healthy mix of protein and whole grains. I would like to present "diamond grains". It's very delicious for me and I sometimes exercise in my room.

I think first you must control your food because food is 70-80 % that makes you overweight.
The cause of overweight is you eat more calories than burn them out. So, you have to eat the food that has high fiber and exercise. The exercise that you can do at home is aerobic dance, cardio training, and jogging 30 minutes.

The first important thing before you are going to lose weight is your spirit. You have to get your spirit ready to make your exercise is efficient. For losing weight, exercise is the second important thing and food is the most important than anything. So, be careful before take anything into your mouth.

You have change your eating habit.
Eating habit is the most important when you want losing weight.
Then, you have to exercise at least 30 mins to burn calories.
If you do not want going to gym or fitness, you can exercise at home.
You just search video on Youtube. It will guide you exercising in the right way.

You should eat less, workout more and try to avoid eating chips.
There are many ways to lose weight by yourselves at home.
It depends on yourselves whether you will do it or not.
Start today so that you can have firm body.

I don't know how to lose weight as I have never done it before.
It's pretty lucky to not easily gain weight. I have 49 kgs weight
since I was 16; this might be abnormal. I suggest you to eat less.
Eating is more important than exercising. Even though, you go on
exercising so much, you keep eating tons of food. No one can help
you, and don't grumble that,"I'm fat"; it's so damn annoying.

Oh my godness! It's extremely, definitely, really hard to lose weigh at home. Mom dishes are the best enemies for me to gain weight. I think no one can do it when they are stay at home. Even if you work out really hard, the most important thing is try to stop eating mom dishes.

I always dance in my room.
I think, dancing is the best way to lose my weight.
We don't need any material, Just a open songs and dance.

For me, living at home is the best way to lose weight.
My mom always controls the portion of food for me.
She likes to say that you are too fat.
Do not eat too much sweets and avoiding having dinner.
I in fact think I am too fat like my mom says but she tells me every day, I think I am really getting fat. So if you want the best way to lose your weight, please come to my home.

It is too difficult to answer this question!
Actually, when I back home I eat a lot of food and snack.
So, I think losing weight at home is not a good choice.
If you want to lose weight, try to exercise and eat less.

This question is quiet difficult.
How to lose weight at home is not easy for me.
At my home has many kind of bakery which are my favorite especially cake and bread.
So that I think of the way to lose weight at home that is to keep bakery out of my home.
Then my weight will be go out of my body.

It is very hard for me losing weight at home.
It's because there are so many free food to eat!!!!!!!!

That is so easy to lose weight at home.
Exercising can do in everywhere thought the limited area as at home.
You can jump, walk, sit down, sit up.
You can search more information in the internet especially in Youtube.
Importantly, eating also helps to lose weight. Everything you do and
you eat affect to your healthy.

Exercise is my answer!!
I eat anything that I want.
I never worry about my weigh because I exercise in almost everyday.
It can help you have stable weigh.
It's easy to do, if you ask me about exercise at home.
It's very easy more than in dorm.
For me, I like to play Ping-pong.
I will play it with my brother.
If you don't like, you can dance follow youtube.
It's very very easy to exercise at home.
