What do you do when you cannot sleep at night?

I will watch cartoon Masha and the Bear.
A cute girl lives in the jungle with a bear.
It is really funny. Relieve my stress then sleep.

This alway happens to me at night.
I do nothing when I can't sleep.
Just laying on bed and opening my eyes in the dark!
Try to think about nothing!!

Don't worry about it. Just laying in bed and close your eyes.
The cause that makes you can't sleep is the stress, so you must forget everything before sleeping.

I always sleep late because can't sleep at night time, but I want to sleep at day time.
I read a book or read a news on Facebook while on in bed.

My sister is the same age and she has those problems too. I would tell him to close his eyes and listen to music then he will most likely go to sleep. Or he could listen to books on tape.

P.s Make sure the music is soft and sweet and not rock!! Also... books never work...

Watching tv is what I do when I can't sleep at night.
I always watch tv and lay down on bed. It helps me to fall asleep.
And when I wake up mornig, TV is still on lol.

If I cannot sleep at night, I will close my eyes and think of many good or bad things happening in my life until I fall asleep. If it does not work, I will count the sheep in my mind. If it does not work, I will read, because book can be an effective sleeping pill for me. And again, if it does work, I do not sleep.
