How to forget a person?

For me, Remove him or her from my electronic life. In today’s day and age, the people we associate with are more often than not through a screen. Even if I don’t see the person, it’s far too easy to see what they’re up to. Though it may seem harsh, remove him or her from all the forms of social media that I use.
- Delete his or her contact information from my phone and email account
- Block his or her Facebook profile, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Take any other measures to prevent unwanted contact. If necessary, change my email address.

It's quite hard for someone to forget important person in the past.
For example; heart broken
I have seen many statuses on Facebook about pain of heart broken.
I know that it pain our heart.
We pain very much,we cannot express it out.
However, we have to move on and go forward.
You have to think that he can release you.
So, you can release him as well.
The person who can leave me,that mean he doesn't love me.
So, I won't love him also.
I will ignore him and abandon anything about him.
