- eat a lot of vegetable and fruit
- avoid buffet and fast food
- exercising
- drink a lof of water

You have to drink a lot of water.
Eat well, eating vegetables instead eating meat.
and do exercise everyday.
and go to bed before 10 p.m.

I try to avoid foods that are high in fat and cholesterol.
-Eating breakfast regularly
-Avoid junk food
-Eating vegetable
-Exercise every day
-Sleep enough

Exercise by walking is the best way to lose my weight.
I often walk around the park at least 30 minutes.

- Change your eating habit, eat more vegetables and fruits but less carbohydrate.

I think if I not change my eating habit now, I will fave the obesity in a very soon. I have eaten a lot recently. Food is too delicious not to be eaten. Sonetimes I wonder because I'm hungey or I just bored. Anyway, I'm staring to think of stay on healthy diet soon.

I know how to lose weight but im just too lazy to do lol.
There are many ways to lose weight.
Exercising and eatting well are the best ways.
You have to exercise and eat only good food.

Losing weight isn't really that hard if you put your mind to it.
For example, a chocolate bar has 235 calories if you lose double that than you have lost some weight. If you wanna lose weight eat the foods you like just don't eat to much and exercise regularly.
I think it will work !!!

Have every meal, but less than usually. It's not a new idea to say that because you can do it actually. Someone said do not to have a dinner, but not for me. I have every meal in a day, just less than usually, is it easy to do that? I think it so easy and cool!

For me, Have a 300 calorie for breakfast!
I used to skip breakfast, but now I never go without.
I always eat about 300 calories of a healthy mix of protein and whole grains.
My go-to meal: a sandwich with natural peanut butter and low sugar of fruit jam.
It keeps my hunger down so I snack less throughout the day.

To lose weight is simple theoretically but hard in practice.
