What are your favorite mom's food?

My mom is the best chef in the world.
Every dishes that are cooked by her is very yummy.
But rice vermicelli with curried fish sauce is the most favorite
mom's food for me. Curried fish sauce is the dish from south
part of Thailand. It is a little spicy so i usually eat with vegetables
such as bean sprouts, cow-pea, and cabbage. It is also hard to
cook because you have to put out fish bone and keep only fish meat.
It wastes the time but is worth.

Pork rip soup is my favorite dish.

I love every dish of my mom even if it not yummy, but I like it because of my mom did. I don't know how to call it in English. My favorite mom dish is 'Kaow Ma Kai' She really good at it. My mom did Kao Man Kai quite well and tasty. I try to learned form her, but I can't.

Actually, my mom doesn't like to cook because cooking is my dad's duty.
However, she can cook, and fried rice and kanom-jeen are what I really like.

Honestly, I love every dishes from my mom and all of them is my favorite food.
At home, my parent love cooking. They can cook well both Thai and E-sarn food.
When I was young, I told them that I love eating Fried noodle with pork and broccoli or in Thai we called Rad Nar. Since then, they cooked it for me one or two times a week. And Rad Nar or Fried noodle with pork and broccoli is one of my favorite dish from my parent until now.

I would say that my mom rarely cooked food because she worked as a teacher.
She had to go to school almost every day except saturday and sunday and worked since 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. so she has no time to cook.
However, some days in the weekend, she did it and the most favorite for me is Kaprao moo sab.
It was simple but very delicious especially if I ate it with a fried egg.
