Do you agree with the topic "Women will never be equal to men in the workplace"

I disagree with this topic. I think women are good as men.
We can do everything like men do. Sometimes men think that women are weak and vulnerable.
Men don't like when women become their leader, but they have to accept that sometimes
women can do better than men!!!

As the student who ever worked just the part time job, I strongly say that I can work better than some men. At that time, I worked as the waitress at the restaurant and there was the man who was very lazy and selfish. My quality of work is better than him. In case of the quality of work, I think some women can do equally or better that some men also. For the workplace like the company or other places, I don't have the experience as the worker so I don't have any ideas. Anyway, we are woman so we have to support women to be equal to men.

In my opinion, whatever men do, women can do (except for producing sperm).
But in fact, Thai social still treat women in bad ways, especially in the workplace.
I had to find a job in summer, I applied many factories but I didn't get any job.
As soon as I walked into keeper's box, gatekeeper asked me why I went there. I told him that I want to applied a job. He looked at me coldly and said 'This factory don't want women, we need only men'.I walked out and stop at the front of that factory, looked at a big poster 'Recruit a lot of personnel, men and women who has 18 years old and up.

I totally disagree with these topic, women can be equal to men for sure. In workplace gender might be control your ability, but not control who you are. I mean even if I'm a women, but I can do anything as a man may be better than a man in some situation. I don't think gender is important or control your ability at workplace.

If we are still in the past, I would say that I agree.
But right now, it is the world of democracy, everyone is equal either men or women or whatever your sex.
As I mentioned above, personally, I think that in the workplace or wherever, men and women is surely equal.
I want to say that some women can work well in some positions that are actually suitable for men such as CEO or technician.

I'm simply saying that there are things my husband is really good at, and for me to have to operate in his role would not be the best for our family, and vice versa.
