Is using slang words good or bad?

I don't think it bad if you know when and where you can use.
There are several advantages to using slang. If you use slang, you have a private language that not everyone can understand. You could also appear "cool" or "hip" if you know popular slang terms. Speaking slang also gives your conversation more emphasis sometimes.
One of the primary reasons we use slang is to establish our identities as members of groups. When someone uses the same type of slang as us, we recognize them as a member of our in-group, while those who do not understand the slang terms are members of the out-group.
Furthermore, the majority of slang is invented by teenagers. this serves the added purpose of helping them to separate themselves further from their parents' generation, almost as an act of rebellion.
Having your own slang is cool, isn't it? haha

I think it's not bad if we know how to use it appropriately.
I quite favor slang word because it's easy to say.
I don't care much however I will use it carefully.
It's okay to use in conversation with friends.
Knowing about slang words is useful for me.

Depends how often, what words are used. A little bit here and there isn't bad, especially if you just joke. But it really depends what you say and how often.

If someone talks like "what you is" and "he be workin" then that's just simply showing how badly educated a person is. It's obvious they're not far in life.

It depends on situations. It's okay when you're among your friends.
It's simply thing to talk slang words to express your deep feelings.
When you are in public places, it's sort of impolite to spit slang
