Should teachers give homework to students?

Doing homework is very important because this will allow students to prepare for the exam
and do well on it. And I strongly believe that teachers should give students homework
because homework will help students understand lessons better, prepare for their exams
and improve their thinking skills.

After learn a lesson, we have to practice.
Homework is one way to help the student practice what they learn.
It should not a lot. They could do anything they want.
