If you know your weaknesses, you will grow because knowing is growing. I am not refuse that weakness can make you feel bad, but you must don't give up. If you can't improve it any more, let improve another thing that can make your life better. For the strengths, It can create your confidence to do something. If you know you can do it, you will strong! Knowing both of this is very important thing.

For me, my weaknesses are forgetful, difficult to understand something, and weak in speaking skill. My strengths are love reading and clam.

For me, my weaknesses are short-term memory and inactive.
I cannot remember long sentence and quite forgot something easily.
Also i am often lazy and inactive to do some works.
