What is a personality that you want to avoid to have?

I think it would be selfish.
I hate a kind of person who is selfish and blame people.
If I saw this person, I'll stay away and don't act like them.

I really hate and feel disappointed when I stay with people who don't respect other rights, be selfish, and have no manner.
I think that people who have those kind of these personality, they not only do bad things for themselves, but affect to other people around them.
For instance, when we have work that requires cooperation from everyone, but there is a person who is selfish and doesn't want to do that.
It will affect to everyone as well as the work.
