What time do you usually wake up in the morning?

I always wake up at 7.00-8.00 o'clock.
It depends on my schedule.
However i think waking up early is better than late.
Because it helps about digestion system.
And if you go bed early, it antis aging.
so let's wake up early!

I usually wake up at 7-8 o'clock in the morning, but someday I wake up very early around 5-6 o'clock.
The reason that make me wake up early is to go running in the morning because the weather is really good in that time.

However, if the next morning I have the class.

Now I have some problems about my routine.
I don't want to use the alarm clock because it is so annoying for my roommates.
I cannot wake up in time if there is no the alarm signal.
I don't want to go to the class late but I don't want to make my roommates feel uncomfortable also.

I take around 25 minutes to take a shower, dress up and wear

I think it is so early but I don't have choice.
We quit sleep late at night so waking up early is very hard for us.
Sometime, we do homework until 4 am. and we just sleep for 2 hour. Poor me!
