I agree with this quote!
In my opinion, the present is the most important things that everyone has to concern because it is on your hands which you can control and manage right now.
It can bring your life into a good way or whatever that you choose to do.
But the past is always things that you can't change because they are already gone.
You can't go back to that time for sure. Additionally, if you only concentrate about the future, you always dream about what you want or imagine about what things will happen.
Then your life is on a dream world which you create things by yourself.
Finally, you lose your body in the real world which you stand now.
Thus, to stay in the present is the best way. You can handle everything which may help your life to be better.

Dwelling in the past makes me avoid doing something interesting
then I might lose a good chance. Dreaming for the future is a good thing
but it should be the real thing not be the nonsense thing.
