How to deal with extremely hot weather?

For me, I stay in a room that doesn't have an air conditioner.
It is so bad I know :/ My best solution is moving out to the room that has an air conditioner.
including;
- Take a shower
- go to library or everywhere that has air conditioner
- visit friends who stay in the room that has an aircoditioner
- Do noting , keep myself cool
- Drink cool water and so on
What about you?

I found that sleeping is the best way to get away from this bad situation. Ha! Ha!
When I sleep, I forget every thing even hot weather.

My room is rarely hot, just turn on the fan is OK.
Although, my room has an air conditioner, I choose to turn off it because it use a lot of energy.
I usually stay in my room until evening and go out to find some food.
The good way, you shouldn't go to outside on the day. Just stay in your room or you can come to my room. I can turn on air-conditioner for you, but you have to pay electricity bill for me & Som-O. Haha
