Facebook or Twitter, which one is the better?

In my opinion, Facebook is better than Twitter
in term of advantage, because you can use it for
education,
communication,
shopping,
following famous pages,
reading news.

For Facebook, I use it to contact with my friends and some teachers.
But for Twitter, I use it to follow my idol.
So I can't lack of both applications.
About benefits, Facebook has more benefit than Twitter.
But Twitter have a lot of hot issues. If you want to get more and true information Twitter is better.

I truly say twitter is kind of better, it's because news on here is
so up-to-date. From my point of view, facebok updates lots of
nonsense information which is kind of boring. In contrast, twitter
updates short and clear news. Plus, there are tons of jokes to
make my friends laugh.

There are many update news, popular issue and quotes.

I think it has the differences in use.
Twitter can post short sentences and picture.
Facebook can post long sentences, pictures, videos, URLs, and document files.
Both have like or dislike system. They can also share posts and chat.
But I prefer to use Facebook because I want to chat with friends.
