How do you deal with your broken heart?

It is said that broken heart is very normal - everyone may be face once.
When it happened, we'll have our own way to calm down as well as get it away.
For me, I won't let myself staying alone and do nothing because I'll have more time to think about it which hurts my mind.
I prefer either hanging out with my friends or spending time with my hobby such as watching movies or listening to music.
Then my bad feelings will be better.
However, I would say that the best way is to let time pass naturally day by day and don't force yourself to forget too much.
Then you will forget gradually and this hurt will go away from you in one day.
So what about your ways?

I have never. It is quite funny that I have never faced with this situation. When I was in my secondary school, I did not feel interested in anyone. I studied too hard so I had to focus on my study. Until I met my boyfriend and we have been dating for 3 years since then. I would suggest you to not feel worried about it. It may hurt. I understand. Try to think that you will meet a good man later on. It is not a right time yet. If you really hurt from it come to see me. I will take you to the party and have fun. I just broke up with my first boyfriend. it was a long distance relationship.
it is my first love... as everyone says first love is hurt. I agree with that so much.
I was so hurt and very damaged then. I even saw or heard him when he was gone
he just left me without any word. the first time I just waited but the second time I stopped everything.
It's hurt but it taught me a lot.
How to deal with broken heart it give yourself a time and think about your love and people around you. I cried like a river then. I went deep to my darkest feeling and felt it as much as I hurt.
