Do you use tissue papers or napkins for your face ?

Normally, most of Thai people or even Thai restaurants use tissue papers for cleaning up everything even use it on face. Me too , I have used it to clean or dab my mouth with it.
But everything was changed one day....
My friend and I was skyping and he asked me about my bad feeling and how about the drama movie that I watched.
Then I answered him I cried a lot and bring up a tissue paper roll to show him. then he said it is a Toilet paper lol
After he said that I was shock a bit and answered him it was not a toilet paper...
I said Thai people normally used it for face and everything T_T
Yeah it is the experience that changed my mind about using tissue paper instead of napkin.
Nowadays, I have a box of soft tissue for face (napkins) in my room.
and I think I won't use tissue paper to clean my face in public or wherever again....

I would say no. I think that using tissue papers makes my face dirty and sometimes causes acne.
My everyday life has to face with bad atmospheres - hot weather, sunshine, or dust.
As I mentioned above, my face will be covered with those dirty things. And If I use a tissue paper for cleaning my face, it is not only useless but also makes it more dirty.
Additionally, the tissue may wound my face.

Wait what do you mean? Tissue paper is a toilet paper? Napkin is sometime you use with your face? Am I correct? I am fine of using both but I do not use them much. I prefer using dry towel to clean my face but a lot of people suggest me to use napkin instead of using towel since it is not so clean. I wash my towel once a week so it is pretty dirty and disgusting. haha

I have been having a problem for the past year or two. Whenever I get out of the shower, I will a lot of the time have a sneezing attack, mainly after using a towel on my face. It has now gotten to the point where I will sneeze, get a runny nose, and get itchy eyes whenever I use a towel/paper towel/tissue/napkin near my nose. What specific thing is causing this?

It is very irritating because I can't use a tissue on my runny nose, since it just makes me sneeze more. Can I use Zyrtec or Claritin every day for this problem?

So the napkins can help me. Not only may face that i use napkins, but also use it
